HAMLET HOMES’ BEAR HOLLOW CONDO MODEL NOW OPEN IN PARK CITY
Hamlet to accept reservations for the first of four-unit releases that will occur in January
PARK CITY, UTAH (December 6, 2006) — Hamlet Homes has opened its new condominium model home at The Lodges, a four-building condominium community nestled within the attractive master-planned community, Bear Hollow Village. Located at 5519 North Lillehammer Lane, the condo model showcases one of two floor plans, the Spruce and the Aspen, which each offer more than 1,300-square-feet of spacious living area.
The Lodges at Bear Hollow condominiums mark the final phase of the Bear Hollow Village community and include 122 condo units in four buildings. Hamlet has already closed 30 of the 36 homes in Building A and will start closing the 26 units of Building C in December. Hamlet is now accepting reservations for the January release of additional units for sale. This is the first of four releases.
“The Lodges condominium buildings were designed to complete the now sold out townhomes and single-family homes at Bear Hollow Village, all of which blend in with the natural environment and harmonize with this beautiful mountain location,” says David Irwin, vice president and director of marketing and sales at Hamlet Homes. “The condominiums were also positioned and designed to best capture the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.”
The interior of the model homes includes three bedrooms, two full baths, nine-foot ceilings, hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, upgrade lighting, Alder doors and trim, upgrade appliances, washer and dryer, central air and private storage. Exterior features include stone and maintenance-free Hardiplank siding by James Hardie. In addition to these features, The Lodges provide residents with amenities such as underground parking, elevators, heated open courtyards, full landscaping, low maintenance living and a private hot tub grotto in each building. Home prices begin in the low-$400s.
“Whether a year-round resident, second home vacationer or an investment owner, The Lodges at Bear Hollow offers floor plans, features and amenities that appeal to almost every buyer with the best price-value around,” adds Irwin. “These homes have also been ideally designed for nightly rentals to make it easy for homebuyers to enjoy skiing after dark.”
To add to the Park City lifestyle, residents of The Lodges at Bear Hollow have complete access to the clubhouse with a swimming pool, hot tub, workout room, lounge area, kitchen and meeting room.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the year-round, outdoor lifestyle and close proximity to Park City’s three ski resorts, nearby cross-country ski trails, and summer recreation opportunities. An extensive trail system for hiking and mountain biking, as well as natural landscaping with large green spaces, are also a part of this exquisite mountain location.
To reach Bear Hollow Village, take the Kimball Junction exit off I-80 and head south for 1.2 miles. Bear Hollow Village is located on the right. The model homes are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday and from noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
