HAMLET HOMES OPENS NEW MODEL HOMES AT CROFTER’S COVE

Golf Course Setting and Stunning Views Surround the Community

SYRACUSE, UTAH (March 17, 2006) — Hamlet Homes has announced the opening of its two new model homes at Crofter’s Cove, a residential community located adjacent to the Glen Eagle Golf Course in Syracuse, Utah. The new homes, the Chay and the Victoria, are part of Hamlet’s Stuart series and are two of nine home styles available at the golf course community. The Victoria and the Chay offer several options to homebuyers. The Chay is a two-story home featuring 3,097 square feet of living space with upgrades of up to four and five bedrooms and up to three full baths. The Victoria model is a multi-level home that includes 3,043 square feet of space, a master grand bath upgrade and a second floor family or game room. “The Victoria and Chay offer several upgrade options for home owners to enhance and customize their home,” said David Irwin, Hamlet Homes vice president and director of marketing. “Both models add to the value and selection of the Crofter’s Cove community.” Additional interior features at Crofter’s Cove include central air, a two-story entry foyer with tile floor, a full unfinished basement and a family-sized, fifty-gallon hot water heater. Homes will have two- to three-and-a-half baths and three to six bedrooms. Kitchens will feature GE appliances, an icemaker water line and a double-bowl stainless steel sink. Exterior features will include full stucco with brick detail, a 10×12 foot concrete patio extending into the back yard, two coach lights at the front garage, 30-year architectural shingles and fully landscaped yards. While most homes at Crofter’s Cove will include a two-car garage, a limited number of three-car garage homes will also be available. The Crofter’s Cove community offers home lots with serene landscapes and beautiful views of the Glen Eagle Golf Course. Residents can choose homes that back up to various sections of the course and overlook the tee-box, fairway or green. As part of Hamlet’s Stuart series, the Victoria and Chay are named after historic Scottish figures. The Victoria’s namesake is the famous British monarch who made her family home at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, while the Chay is named in honor of Scotland’s Sir Chay Blythe who is known for his famous journey across the Atlantic. The Crofter’s Cove sales office is located at 1383 South Hawthorne Lane. To reach the office, take exit 335 off I-15 in Layton and head west. Crofter’s Cove is located off of 1700 South (also known as Antelope Drive or State Route 127) between 3000 and 4000 West. Turn right onto Doral Drive, then a second right onto Brookshire Drive.
