HAMLET HOMES SIGNS CONTRACT AT DAYBREAK

Hamlet Homes has secured 117 lots at Daybreak, Kennecott Land’s planned mixed-use community located on Salt Lake’s west bench. Three floor plans – the Westhaven, Stonehaven and Seacliff, named after places in Scotland – will feature several options that will allow buyers to personalize their homes. Standard home features include three-to-four bedrooms, up to three-and-a-half baths, full-unfinished basements, granite countertops, central air conditioning, low-E windows, high-speed wiring and more.
