SALT LAKE CITY(August 16, 2006) — Hamlet Homes has announced the commencement and development of its new neighborhood, Waverly Station, in South Salt Lake located near TRAX between 3700 and 3900 South on West Temple. Waverly Station represents a major new residential community for South Salt Lake City. Hamlet recently broke ground on Phase I of the five-acre site, which consists of 41 three-story townhomes. Phases II and III are scheduled for development in spring 2007.
