  SALT LAKE CITY (October 5, 2006) — Hamlet Homes’ townhomes at Waverly Station, a new transit-oriented community located in South Salt Lake City, are now available for sale to homebuyers. This neighborhood represents a major new residential community for South Salt Lake and is located near TRAX between 3700 and 3900 South on West Temple. Phase I of Waverly Station will consist of 41 three-story townhomes located on a five-acre site with two distinctive floor plans, the Dunbar and Falkirk.
