SALT LAKE CITY (October 5, 2006) — Hamlet Homes’ townhomes at Waverly Station, a new transit-oriented community located in South Salt Lake City, are now available for sale to homebuyers. This neighborhood represents a major new residential community for South Salt Lake and is located near TRAX between 3700 and 3900 South on West Temple. Phase I of Waverly Station will consist of 41 three-story townhomes located on a five-acre site with two distinctive floor plans, the Dunbar and Falkirk. The townhomes will feature two or three bedrooms and between 1,600 and 1,800 square feet of living space. Each home’s exterior will consist of a well-landscaped patio opening onto a central promenade in the front of the home and an urban-designed, two-car garage in the rear. The first townhomes are slated for completion before the end of the year. Prices start in the mid $180s.
