PARK CITY, UTAH (December 6, 2006) — Hamlet Homes has opened its new condominium model home at The Lodges, a four-building condominium community nestled within the attractive master-planned community, Bear Hollow Village. Located at 5519 North Lillehammer Lane, the condo model showcases one of two floor plans, the Spruce and the Aspen, which each offer more than 1,300-square-feet of spacious living area. The Lodges at Bear Hollow condominiums mark the final phase of the Bear Hollow Village community and include 122 condo units in four buildings. SALT LAKE CITY (December 11, 2006) — Hamlet Homes broke ground on the first two buildings at Waverly Station, which include its two model townhomes—the Dunbar and Falkirk. This community is a new transit-oriented neighborhood located in South Salt Lake City near TRAX between 3700 and 3900 South on West Temple. Representing a major new residential community for South Salt Lake, Waverly Station’s first of three phases will consist of 41 townhomes. When completed, the community is proposed to include 109 townhomes and 47 condominium flats. Future expansion is being explored.
The distinctive, three-story townhomes are available for sale, starting in the high $180’s and will feature two or three bedrooms with 1,600 and 1,800 square feet of living space. Each home’s exterior will consist of a well-landscaped patio opening onto a central promenade in the front of the home and an urban-designed, two-car garage in the rear. HAMLET HOMES ANNOUNCES NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION
SALT LAKE CITY (December 21, 2006) – Salt Lake City-based Hamlet Homes has announced Dean Regazzi as its new vice president of construction. Hamlet Homes is part of the Hamlet Companies, which also includes Hamlet Development, Stirling Mortgage and Diversified Habitats.
As vice president of construction, Regazzi will oversee and direct all of Hamlet Homes’ homebuilding activities. He will work closely with the development, drafting and production departments, as well as sales, accounting and their design center. Regazzi brings more than 15 years of construction-related leadership experience to the Hamlet team. Since May 2005, Regazzi has been vice president of operations for Pulte Homes Corp. based in Ft. Myers, Fla. He has also served as corporate vice president of construction operations for Jim Walter Homes that has operations in 22 states, and has worked for US Home Corporation, where he served in several different upper-management positions. Regazzi studied finance at the University of Arizona and accounting at Wayne State University in Detroit.
