HAMLET HOMES ANNOUNCES NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION
SALT LAKE CITY (December 21, 2006) – Salt Lake City-based Hamlet Homes has announced Dean Regazzi as its new vice president of construction. Hamlet Homes is part of the Hamlet Companies, which also includes Hamlet Development, Stirling Mortgage and Diversified Habitats.
As vice president of construction, Regazzi will oversee and direct all of Hamlet Homes’ homebuilding activities. He will work closely with the development, drafting and production departments, as well as sales, accounting and their design center.
Regazzi brings more than 15 years of construction-related leadership experience to the Hamlet team. Since May 2005, Regazzi has been vice president of operations for Pulte Homes Corp. based in Ft. Myers, Fla. He has also served as corporate vice president of construction operations for Jim Walter Homes that has operations in 22 states, and has worked for US Home Corporation, where he served in several different upper-management positions. Regazzi studied finance at the University of Arizona and accounting at Wayne State University in Detroit.
