HAMLET HOMES EXPERIENCED RECORD-BREAKING YEAR IN 2006
Number of Hamlet homes closed was up 21 percent from 2005 MURRAY, Utah (January 29, 2007) – Despite the decline in the number of homes sold nationwide, Utah-based homebuilder Hamlet Homes experienced a record-breaking year in 2006 by selling 320 homes and closing on 369 homes, which when broken out includes 159 single-family detached homes, 162 town homes and 48 condominiums. Hamlet Homes also posted more than $100 million in gross revenue, and the number of homes closed was up 21 percent from 2005. “Hamlet’s customer-first philosophy and quality product have contributed to our continued growth and success in 2006,” said John Aldous, president of Hamlet Homes. “In the 11 years we’ve been building homes in Utah, our company continually strives for excellence and to live up to its brand, ‘Great Homes.
