MURRAY, Utah (January 29, 2007) – Despite the decline in the number of homes sold nationwide, Utah-based homebuilder Hamlet Homes experienced a record-breaking year in 2006 by selling 320 homes and closing on 369 homes, which when broken out includes 159 single-family detached homes, 162 town homes and 48 condominiums.
