Mostly for the professionalism of everyone (Jordan Person and Cassie) who kept me on an even keel despite an uncommonly frustrating move (beyond the realm of home builders) relocation due to moving van crash, delaying actual move-in by 7 weeks to 12/22/21. On top of all else, a moving company employee had the misfortune to fall on my icy driveway in early January requiring ambulance and hospitalization. Cassie and another Hamlet person calmly came to help him and stay with me until the ambulance came. Well beyond the call of duty and demonstrates your employees’ capacity to do more than just their job description! Likewise, the individuals (Guy Cordon and Jake McKenna) who smoothed out construction disappointments (completed just today: ceiling crack, mechanical closet insulation) after I moved into my house were extraordinarily skilled in helping me understand why some of those occurred – and they fully remedied them quickly. Theirs is not an enviable task – allaying concerns after the fact for crotchety older people like me who have mostly experienced custom builds. Guy was particularly helpful to me in understanding the nature of some of my misgivings and the nature of construction and settling. Anyone who can convert disgruntled consumers into satisfied customers along the continuum of purchasing/occupying is a rare breed and to be commended. Thank you for sending your best!
