Buying a home is a stressful moment and Jordan was there to answer my questions and help me through the process. I feel like the people at Hamlet are open and honest. No home is perfect and no build goes perfectly to plan. But when a mistake is made or a defect is found, this is communicated to the buyer with a plan to resolve it. Other builders are not like this, I’ve heard horror stories from friends in the area dealing with dishonest and unorganized builders. I would buy from Hamlet again.
