So far the build quality seems good! Everything was on time or early. Since we’ve closed there has been good follow up to see how our home is. Questions and concerns have been promptly and quickly answered or solved! We love our home design! Love not having HOA. Love the size and location of our lot! Price was good. Everyone we worked with was fantastic! Can’t think of any improvements.
