Incorporated on October 20, 1995, Hamlet Homes was founded a year after the original company, Hamlet Development, by visionary Michael Brodsky. Together, the two companies worked to develop land and build exceptional neighborhoods, creating a legacy of excellence that continues to this day.
A Legacy of Leadership
In 2017, Hamlet Homes transitioned ownership from its founder to the senior leadership team of Barry Gittleman, Elliott Jenkins, Jon Southern, and Philip Mosher. On January 1, 2022, the ownership team expanded to include Tami Ostmark, John Peterson, and Nate Kingdon.
