Hamlet Homes is a privately funded company with friends and family equity investors for each of our communities. Each of our residential real estate projects is a separate single-purpose entity LLC, with equity investors who own a portion of the LLC. As we grow and continue to add new communities to our portfolio, we are always looking for investors who are interested in partnering with us.
