Company History

Hamlet Homes was founded in 1995. Hamlet transitioned ownership from the founder in 2017 to the senior leadership team of Barry Gittleman, Elliott Jenkins, Jon Southern and Philip Mosher. As of January 1st, 2022, three new owners officially joined to make seven strong leaders. The addition of Tami Ostmark, John Peterson and Nate Kingdon, makes this the first time since 2017 that Hamlet Homes has added owners.

Barry Gittleman commented with; “We know that we have done many great things in the past five years with the new ownership team, but adding three more dynamic and strategic thinkers will only add to the foundation we have built. Our homeowners deserve the best we have to give them, and our team is dedicated to making that happen.”

The focus at Hamlet Homes continues to be “to provide extraordinary experiences by creating thoughtfully designed homes and neighborhoods.”. Since the inception of our company, Hamlet Homes has provided over 4,000 families a place to call home.
