Hamlet Homes promotes Curtis Allen to Warranty and Quality Manager. Allen will now oversee the Hamlet Warranty and Quality Department that serves the warranty and quality needs of our Hamlet Homeowners.
Curtis Allen has worked for Hamlet Homes for 3 years in the Warranty and Service Department. With this new promotion, he will oversee a small team and manage warranty, service and quality control.
“Curtis is the obvious choice for this new role, with his background in construction and customer service. He has made a point of becoming and building the best warranty and service team in the homebuilding industry, something that Hamlet is very proud of, and we know he will make that even better in this new role.” States Jon Southern, Hamlet Homes VP of Construction.
Curtis has a diverse background in film, service and construction. One of his favorite jobs was working on Hollywood feature films and tv shows – his favorite was making the film “Catch me if you can” with Leonardo DiCaprio. He learned about service, taking care of customers and making sure that we deliver a great experience even after our homeowners have moved into their brand-new homes.
Curtis loves to play golf and go camping with his family. He is married to his high school sweetheart and they have 4 children. They currently reside in Saratoga Springs.
