MURRAY, Utah – Sales Agent Nate Kingdon has returned to the Hamlet team since his leave in 2011. He began his real estate career as a trainee with Hamlet Homes in 2004 and was quickly promoted to Sales Agent. Two years later he was awarded “Rookie Sales Person of the Year” by the Utah Home Builders Association.
As a sales agent with Hamlet Homes, Kingdon is representing several Hamlet communities in Salt Lake and Summit Counties. He is a member of the Utah Homebuilders Association and Utah HBA Sales & Marketing Council, and has completed his Certified Sales Professional (CPS) designation. He is also working toward his Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM), a significant designation awarded by the National Association of Home Builders. Previously, Kingdon worked for a corporate relocation company from 1999 to 2004.
