We have been here for about 6 months and it was been great! With any brand-new home, you will be working with the builders frequently. They have been nothing but accommodating to our needs. About 3 months after we moved, we noticed a few things that had settled, which is very common with new builds. Hamlet Homes provides Free Warranty services. They were easy to work with as we had a few touch ups. They were in and out within a week of calling. They have earned 5 stars on our opinion. It is very likely that when we buy another house, we will use Hamlet Homes.
