We have had a great experience! We looked around for almost a year before we decided who to build with, we had a good feeling about Hamlet Homes especially about our agent Amber so we decided to go with them and we couldn’t have chose a better company to work with! They gave us weekly updates, if we had questions and they didn’t know the answer they would always get back to us (we never had to follow up on our questions, they were on top of it) they were right on schedule with closing which I’ve heard horror stories of builders being months late! I personally know 3 people building right now who are dealing with later closing dates ( I get those things can happen) since we’ve moved in 3 months ago there’s been minor things to repair but it’s been so nice is not having to hassle them to fix it they just get it done! Dave has been great to work with he’s always made us feel heard and he’s never seemed bugged by our requests. They’re still building houses around us and I was nervous about construction going on but it hasn’t been too bad the only thing is the garbage that’s getting blown everywhere can get pretty bad. If you’re looking to build we highly recommend them you won’t regret it!
