Amber did a wonderful job answering all our questions and she even adjusted her busy schedule to fit our needs. Amber also returned phone calls and text messages in a timely manner.
Guy Cordon was the best person we worked with. I loved his can do attitude and he was very respectful of new home owners feelings about expectations of buying a new expensive home. I can’t say enough good about him. He is just awesome! He is very sincere and my wife and I loved his can do attitude about fixing items in our home. His communication savvy should be an example to all your office and field staff. I was very impressed on how quickly your staff addressed the 30 day maintenance items.

Our friends love the quality of carpet, appliances and design of our home. My wife loves her new home so happy wife happy life!

Very much appreciate the home design and build quality. Architecture is attractive in exterior and functional in the interior. Closet space is excellent, placement of windows and layout is excellent. Also really appreciate Hamlet continuing to upgrade their basic home amenity allocations. We bought mid-build and appreciated the slider transom window, extra LED ceiling cans, TV cable in-wall channel, USB outlets. Could not be happier with Cedar and team looking after the build quality. Appreciate the foresight on heat tape locations and closet install. Interior build quality is excellent and builder’s grade, contemporary finishes are very nice for this price point.

I love this home and this community, and have no complaints about the process. Everyone from Hamlet I have interacted with has been very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member. We have had a great experience! We looked around for almost a year before we decided who to build with, we had a good feeling about Hamlet Homes especially about our agent Amber so we decided to go with them and we couldn’t have chose a better company to work with! They gave us weekly updates, if we had questions and they didnt know the answer they would always get back to us (we never had to follow up on our questions, they were on top of it) they were right on schedule with closing which I’ve heard horror stories of builders being months late! I personally know 3 people building right now who are dealing with later closing dates ( I get those things can happen) since we’ve moved in 3 months ago there’s been minor things to repair but it’s been so nice is not having to hassle them to fix it they just get it done! Dave has been great to work with he’s always made us feel heard and he’s never seemed bugged by our requests. They’re still building houses around us and I was nervous about construction going on but it hasn’t been too bad the only thing is the garbage that’s getting blown everywhere can get pretty bad. If you’re looking to build we highly recommend them you won’t regret it!
